My name is Reza Abghari, owner and founder of Caspian Construction. My career in construction began about seven years ago as a laborer with a highly reputable residential construction company. I quickly advanced into a detailer position and was later entrusted with handling a large portion of the company’s customer service work and one-year home warranties. These roles gave me valuable hands-on experience, taught me the importance of attention to detail, and showed me what it takes to stand behind completed work and take care of customers long after a project is finished.

Throughout my career, I have been involved in the construction of seven residential communities, including large, multi-phase developments consisting of more than 100 homes. I have also had the opportunity to contribute to two multifamily construction projects. Working across different phases of construction has given me a strong understanding of the entire building process, from early construction through finishing, quality control, warranty work, and project closeout.

As I continued advancing professionally, I decided to further my education by enrolling in the Construction Management program at Edmonds College. I am nearing completion of the program and plan to continue my education at the University of Washington, pursuing a bachelor's degree focused on construction management. Combining formal education with years of real-world field experience has strengthened my understanding of project planning, scheduling, quality control, construction methods, and the day-to-day challenges involved in successfully completing a project.

I founded Caspian Construction to bring that experience directly to homeowners and clients. We are equipped to handle a wide range of residential construction and improvement projects, including design and estimating projects, remodeling, renovations, repairs, home improvements, finish work, punch-list items, and any new or used general construction services.
